1) No Advertising
What constitutes as advertising:
Sharing server IP Addresses
Sharing server websites
Sending Discord server links in server or in DM is strictly prohibited and can result in a kick or ban. You may send links to your friends with consent, but if they see fit to report you then you'll be punished.
You May:
Share meme links and other social media in #🎆memes.
2) No Spamming
What constitutes as spam:
Repeated Messages
Several messages that are just a few words long (just make it into one message)
Emote spam
Ping spam or unnecessary Staff pinging The punishments for spam depend on the severity and repeated offenses by the user. They include warn, kick, and ban.
3) No Harassment
Igniting or involving yourself in any drama on our Discord server can result in a ban.
Personal attacks towards another individual will not be tolerated.
Threatening to release personal information, DDOS, Doxx, or hack, another member is an immediate ban.
4) Voice Chat Rules
All rules above and below also apply in voice chats.
Do not record voice calls in the server without the other users' consent, this will result in a ban.
Do not add music bots or play music in the voice calls that are not specifically designated for music. This can result in a warning.
Do not shout and if your playing music in the voice channels make sure it's not too loud. This will first be warned, if it persists it will be followed by a mute.
5) Rules Regarding Staff

If you have a problem with your punishment, fill out an appeal.
When reporting an issue please have some sort of proof or witnesses, it makes it much easier to take administrative action if proof is provided via the report form.
Staff holds the power to make a "judgment call" in situations where a user is causing a nuisance or severe issue in the community that is not explicitly mentioned in the rules.
6) Misc
If you ask, you don't get. If you filled out an application and/or continuously ask for staff than chances are you just lowered your chances on getting the staff position in question.
No asking staff for extra homes, more perms, ranks, items and etc! This can result in a mute
Racial slurs are not tolerated.
No NSFW username or profile pictures. The staff will ask to change your username and profile picture if it’s inappropriate. If you refuse, the staff will punish accordingly.
Chatting in non-respective channels will receive a warning.
Everything that is against Discord's Terms of Service is counted as a bannable offense

These topics of discussion are not to be tread on at all (Unless in #🔞18-plus):
Topics that can be objectively seen as NSFW. (Sexually-implicit)
We DO NOT moderate the text and voice channels 24/7. If anyone is breaking the rules or spreading any negativity, report it to our Discord Staff. Some server and forum rules still apply here!!
